TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FOR BIDDING REQUIREMENTS


Below are the requirements in applying for Tax Clearance Certificate for Bidding purposes, whether for first time applicants or renewal. 

1. Letter of Request
2. GIS with Photocopy of ID signatory
3. Special Power of Attorney
4. Photocopy of ID – Authorizing Representative
5. Tax Compliance Verification Sheet
6. Sworn Application
7. Confirmation Receipt of EFPS Payment of Certification
8. Photocopy of COR (BIR Form 2303)
9. 4pcs Doc Stamps
10. Photocopy of Payment Registration


What to do to claim this TCC?
First, you have to go to your RDO and claim your Certificate of No Tax Delinquency. How to do that? Obtain the Tax Clearance Verification Sheet, make sure that it is all complied with and that all required departments have signed it then, go to the Collection Division of your RDO and submit all the requirements above. After that, they will give the Certificate and now you can proceed to your Revenue Regional Office and file for Tax Clearance Certificate for Bidding Purposes.
